Bears at Rams 9/12/21 - NFL Betting Picks & Odds
Chicago Bears vs. Los Angeles Rams
NFL: 8:20 PM EST
Sep. 12, 2021
Chicago is coming here after getting a win to wrap up the preseason. The Bears ended up winning the game over the Titans by a score of 27-24. The win allowed Chicago to move to a record of 2-1 in the preseason and showed that the Bears are able to bounce back after being embarrassed by the Bills by a 41-15 score.
A question in the Bears locker room is how long will Chicago allow Andy Dalton to play. The former Bengals quarterback is now the mentor of Justin Fields. The defense for Chicago will be primed for another strong year in the NFC North and that could definitely be tested here against their former rival quarterback from the Rams.
The Rams have not had a good preseason on the year. That is definitely an issue for the Rams here. The preseason seen the Rams lose all three games and the closest the Rams came to winning was against the Raiders by a 17-16 score. Outside of that the Rams offense was almost completely lacking in how they played.
For the Rams it will really be a telling story of how the team does and how quickly Stafford settles in. The former Lions quarterback is coming to the game here and trying to get the wins going as he takes over for Goff, but he definitely has to settle in and do that quickly.

Free Betting Pick: Los Angeles Rams -7.5
Stafford will struggle getting back up to speed in a new system. However, Stafford has a lot of supporting players that have played good in the past and should continue to play good here. Look for the Bears to struggle to stop the play from the Rams who are balanced offensively and will support Stafford properly while Dalton is unable to get the offense moving in Chicago. Final Score, Los Angeles Rams win and cover 21-7.
