Carolina is coming off a seven-game series with Washington with the final game going two overtimes before the Hurricanes finally won. The turnaround of just one day’s rest and playing on the road will take its toll on Carolina in Game 1. The Islanders have an excellent defense and goalie Robin Lehner allowed just 1.47 goals per game in New York’s sweep of Pittsburgh. Final Score Prediction, New York Islanders win 4-0.
